Do you deliver?

Yes! Citrus Blossom is primarily delivery only and delivers for a fee in Redlands and the surrounding area. We do allow pick-ups on a case by case basis.

Can I do a wedding cake tasting?

Yes! We have a tasting day the first Sunday of the month in beautiful downtown Redlands. After you fill out our inquiry form we will coordinate a time for our next tasting day.

Tasting boxes are also available on the tasting day and can be picked up by your fiance, friend or family member should you have a scheduling conflict.

Do you do allergy baking?

We can make most of our cakes with a gluten free flour alternative. We are a home studio and cannot provide a pure gluten-free product. Some vegan options are also available upon request.

We do not have any sugar free options at this time.

We are NOT a nut free facility.

Do you set up my dessert table?

Desserts can be placed/staged complimentary if platters and table are available at time of delivery

Platters and stands are not provided by Citrus Blossom Bakery

Can my cake be setup outside?

Not during hot summer months. Desserts will be delivered to A/C spaces and then can be set out later when temperatures have dropped.

How do I place my order?

You can place an order at the tasting, by setting up a call, or via email. The tasting is the most fun but is completely optional.

Will you hold my wedding date?

Your wedding date is only secure with a 50% deposit. If you are a package client the deposit is based on whatever amount goes over the package credit. It there is no balance over the credit then a signed contract is required.

Your date is only held if you have scheduled and paid for a tasting. Once you have had the opportunity to taste a 50% deposit is due to secure your date.
